The sentences should be the harshest possible. A lost life should be balanced in sentencing with incarceration that reflects the gravity of that loss. While many in the pyramid may not be caught by the sentences on street level dealers, increasing the punitive outcomes on dealers may make them less likely to be willing to deal in those drugs.

Yes they should. The first step is replacing the Liberal Party that enables the disgusting cycle of death that is fentanyl.

The front line seller is fully aware of the product, it's risk, and chooses to sell it. The seller knows that it can cause death. The seller was not fooled into selling a healthy, safe product.

The seller is responsible for committing murder.
