This is what happens when people (government) do not have addiction experience. Addicts are laughing all the way to the bank. Its insane. There is a solution and it should be developed by those who were addicts and have gotten into recovery… we know exactly the way these decisions by our government are going to go down. Why waste lives, money and public safety by constantly making these decisions that are contributing to the problem. Someone must be making a whole lotta money on this safe supply (pharmaceuticals). This is not going to end well. Canada is dying, Canada is allowing our most vulnerable population to continue to kill themselves publicly… It is painful to watch these harm reduction strategies continue to contribute to this issue. WTF

Canada's most vulnerable population...is..our children. Let's not get confused by the parasitic dogma of activists who are pushing their interests in all their ambiguous language. Safe supply is government funded drugs. Safe injection sites are drug use operations. Most vulnerable is how they define homelessness but that definition is not exclusive nor does it allow more "equality" over the truly most vulnerable populations of children in our society. We must re-engineer the language for starters if we are going to take a stand

100% agree. We need to stand together and stop this madness. Our youth, our future, our hearts..

Agree 100%! We need to stand together on this.. .every single person who has a child needs to stand up and DEMAND that they stop this madness!!! Six youth died in one week in our small community because of ‘safe supply’ - addicts take the safe, government given for free, drugs, make them into cool ‘dillies’ and sell them to kids. Are we living in ‘emperor wore no clothes!’ Is no-one else seeing this madness!!! I’m sick of our youth being used in an experience for seasoned drug addicts who doubtfully will get clean unless we pick them up and get them well. And leave our children alone!! Keep our children safe!!!!! If put money into supporting families as a preventive method rather than spend all our money on helping these drugs addicts continue to kill themselves, cause havoc in everyone’s life and completely ignore public safety. It really is insane to me - but nothing will change unless we all start to write letters, stop voting for those who support this paradigm…..
